We cater to all dietary requirements or wishes of any group.
Please inform us on any food allergies, or dietary restrictions within the group so we can design a most suitable menu.
Both degustation menues or Spanish tapas sessions can be designed.
A sample of a 4 course meal:
Coca de escalibada / roasted Catalan vegetables over traditional pastry.
Gazpacho de sandia y tomate con helado de queso / tomato and watermelon gazpacho with cheese icecream.
Arroz negro / black rice paella.
Pastelito caliente de chocolate con crema ligera de regaliz / hot chocolate cake with licorice light cream.

Chupito de sopa de tomate al aroma de idiazabal / tomato soup shot flavoured with idiazabal cheese.
Bombon de papaya con queso de cabra y aceitunas amargas / papaya and go at cheese surprise with bitter olives.
Alcachofas con jamon iberico / artichokes with Iberic Spanish ham.
Brochetas de atun marinado con cherrys y aguacate / marinated tuna brochettes with cherry tomatoes and avocado.
Almejas en salsa verde / clams in green sauce.
Tortilla de patata y tortilla de calabacin / potato omelette and zuchini omelette.
Fees
For groups up to 14 people – as from 60 Euro per person.
Groups with more than 14 people – as from 60 Euro per person plus hire of the venue (from 450 Euro).
The fee includes the culinary experience and the meal that follows it accompanied by local wines and water, and a set of recipes to take back home.

to the Boqueria fresh fruit, vegetable, meat and fish
market on la Ramblas in Barcelona, prior to the hands-on cooking class: 12 Euros supplement per person.
