In the very heart of Barcelona, just 2 minutes from Plaza Real and 5 from the famous Boqueria Market, you will be able to enjoy a unique Spanish cuisine experience with a hands-on cooking class, under the direction of a professional team with lots of experience. Come with your group or company and see, learn, cook, eat, drink and have fun. Cooking is a great team-building idea as well as an incentive activity.

We offer a multi-purpose venue suitable for all kind of events, displays, receptions and product presentations.
Dimensions - 140 square meters divided into two large spaces with two fully equipped kitchens.
Capacity - up to 60 people sitting.
Wifi Internet connection.
Projector upon request.
Accessible to persons with mobility difficulties.

For bigger groups, external premises can be hired.

Building better teams off-site through the cooking experience builds up better teams at the workplace.

Cooking team-building activities are a great way to promote team synergy, close cooperation, planning skills and quality performance and leadership.

The team building programs are very flexible and can be tailored to your requirements. Just let us know.

Whether you wish to do a general team-building activity or you are looking to emphasize in some particular item (leadership, team work, communication…), or you are just looking for a fun day off work or during your vacation, we will design the event for you.

We cater to all dietary requirements or wishes of any group.

Please inform us on any food allergies, or dietary restrictions within the group so we can design a most suitable menu.

Both degustation menues or Spanish tapas sessions can be designed.

A sample of a 4 course meal:

Coca de escalibada / roasted Catalan vegetables over traditional pastry.

Gazpacho de sandia y tomate con helado de queso / tomato and watermelon gazpacho with cheese icecream.

Arroz negro / black rice paella.

Pastelito caliente de chocolate con crema ligera de regaliz / hot chocolate cake with licorice light cream.

Chupito de sopa de tomate al aroma de idiazabal / tomato soup shot flavoured with idiazabal cheese.

Bombon de papaya con queso de cabra y aceitunas amargas / papaya and go at cheese surprise with bitter olives.

Alcachofas con jamon iberico / artichokes with Iberic Spanish ham.

Brochetas de atun marinado con cherrys y aguacate / marinated tuna brochettes with cherry tomatoes and avocado.

Almejas en salsa verde / clams in green sauce.

Tortilla de patata y tortilla de calabacin / potato omelette and zuchini omelette.

Fees: From 65 Euro per person.

The fee includes the culinary experience and the meal that follows it accompanied by local wines and water, and a set of recipes to take back home.

Optional for any of the shown menus: Guided visit to the Boqueria fresh fruit, vegetable, meat and fish market on la Ramblas in Barcelona, prior to the hands-on cooking class: 13 Euros supplement per person.
The visit to the market is only available from Tuesday to Saturday in the morning and also
on Friday evening.

Additional info and options regarding the cooking school in Barcelona:

As for the organisation of an activity, we could start with an excursion to the Boqueria market prior to the hands-on cooking class. Depending on how many people, we would split the group into several teams, give each one an envelope with the shopping list and the corresponding budget and ask them to buy the ingredients for the cooking.

Back at the cooking school where the activity takes place, we would make each team prepare one recipe (as many portions of it as total participants). The expert staff would lead each group step by step through the different cooking stages. The cooking experience would then be followed by a complete meal composed of the different dishes prepared.

In case you wanted the activity to be competitive, time for voting would come. Here we have two options: Our staff can decide the winning team or we let the groups vote themselves. In both cases more than one category could be voted if wished (such as presentation, taste, team work…). That is up to the group.
