Location of Spain:

| Spain is located in south west Europe. The Kingdom of Spain
occupies the biggest part of the Iberian Peninsula and is bathed
by the Mediterranean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean and the Cantabrian
Sea. Spain borders with Portugal, France, Andorra and Gibraltar.
To Spain also belong the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean,
the Canary Islands in the Atlantic and the two in Africa located
cities of Ceuta and Melilla. The country´s total surface
area is almost 505 thousand sq. kmts. |
