Hands-on cooking class in San Sebastian, Basque Country, Northern Spain.

The cooking class will take place in a prestigious cookery school right in the city centre of San Sebastian.

Hands-on cooking class (maximum 6 people). The participants will participate on the elaboration of the dishes with the help and under de instructions of the chef. At the end of the class they will taste what they have cooked.

The participants can choose among the following theme classes:

- Traditional / modern Spanish or Basque cuisine recipes. Sample Menu:

1º Spanish “piquillo” red peppers stuffed with cod fish
2º Basque style hake with clams
3º Gateaux Basque (traditional Basque dessert)

- Or Pintxos/tapas. Gastronomic jewels, miniature delicacies or small portions of food. Sample menu:

Tuna pintxo with anchovies, mayonnaise and little onions
Tartar de Spanish “piquillo” red peppers with anchovies
Cod fish Mousse with Duck ham slices
Spring roll with shrimps and vegetables
