The 4 apartments with 2 keys are located in Cala Ferrera / Cala Ferrara (Cala D'Or) for your vacations on the island of Mallorca. They are in a quiet area about 2 km from the centre and 200 m from the beach, close to shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

It is a traditional building with ground floor and two storeys with Mediterranean character, landscape zone and a swimming pool equipped with deck chairs and beach umbrellas.

One apartment counts with a surface of 43 m2, with one twin bedded room and a capacity for 2 adults and 2 children. Three apartments, one of them on the top floor, have 60 m2 each and dispose of two twin bedded rooms, with a capacity for 4 adults and 2 children.

The cosy apartments are equipped with:

• Complete bathroom with bathtub
• Living - dining room with sofa bed
• Galley kitchen fully equipped with cooker (oven & ceramic hob), fridge, electric kettle, toaster, etc.

It is the ideal place for families with children and for people who want to make new friends.

The building disposes of a small reception, where the apartment keys will be handed over to the guests.

The apartment is delivered clean, towels are changed two times a week and linen weekly. Apartments have to be left at 12 a.m., but the building has a room for the luggage and a bathroom with 3 showers.
An English and German speaking person will accompany you to the apartment.
