The apartments for short term holiday rental of the same 3 stars rated hotel, are located in Guardamar del Segura, on the coast South of Alicante.

The 12 kilometres of fine, sandy beaches and crystal clear waters have been awarded the European Blue Flag as a sign of their excellent quality. There is also a nudist beach.

The beaches are bordered by an extensive coastal park with over 800 hectares of dunes, covered in pine, eucalyptus and palm trees which prevent the sand from advancing and make this such a delightful area.

Guardamar del Segura is bordered by Elche to the North and by the tourist town of Torrevieja in the South.

The resort, opened April 1, 2007, disposes of 260 apartments. The apartments for rental with 1 bedroom have a capacity for three adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. Those with 2 bedrooms are for 5 adults or 4 adults and 2 small children.
