The rural accommodation Campos de Vilance
for vacation rental is located in the village of Vilance-Balboa,
Lugo, which belongs to the township Monterroso, at a distance of
6 kmts.
As the house is practically isolated, there is complete quietness
around.

It is a farm house which has beeen restored respecting its original
structure. The accommodation consists of 4
apartments for self catering rental with:

- Common living-room
- Common dining-room
- Washing machines and clothes dryer room
- Some other rooms around a spacious, stoned-made central courtyard
- Central heating
- Facade with landscaped area

| Groups can use the common kitchen and dining-room. |
| Each apartment has a capacity for 4 people
(possibility of 2 more people with two single sofa-beds in the living-room)
and it consists of: |
- 2 bedrooms
- Living-room with kitchenette with vitroceramic hob, fridge,
microwave, whipper and fully equipped for daily use
- Bathroom
- TV
- Bed linen, towels, dishclothes and iron

Although the apartments are rented individually, the whole building
can be rented by groups of 16-24 people.

| In Monterroso you can find a medical center, all kind of shops and
services as well as several restaurants. It is also located next to
the river and part of it is dammed up. There's also a swimming pool
and a tree-covered meadow. |
| The richness of the Galician historical monuments, its beautiful
landscapes as well as the location of the house in the geographical
center of the region, make possible short travels by car to visit
a lot of interesting places such as: |
- La Coruña, Santiago de Compostela, Pontevedra...
- The coast
- Vilar de Donas. Romanic church which belonged to a monastery
from the XIIth century. It keeps up Gothic paintings of great
interest
- San Paio de Narla (Friol), fortress-country house turned nowadays
into a ethnographic museum
- Ribeira Sacra, part of the Miño and Sil rivers where several
churches and monasteries are gathered
- Portomarín. Stands out the fortress-church from the XIIth-XIIIth
centuries

| The Camino de Santiago crosses the township of Monterroso. If you
wish to undertake any stage of the Galician route, we have a cheap
taxi service at your disposal which will take you in the morning to
the starting-point of the route you choose and in the afternoon, you'll
be picked up at the arrival place to come back to the house. |
| We offer you the following services:
You may request the cleaning of the apartment (and beds) for an additional
cost of 4 Euros/ day. Washing machine and clothes dryer: 1,50 Euros
per washing; 3,00 Euros with clothes dryer. Washing done by our staff:
