between la sierra de Gata and el Sistema Central mountain range, as
well as halfway Caceres (at 120 kmts) and Salamanca (at 85 kmts),
both declared as World Heritage cities.
Baños de Montemayor is well-known by its ancient Roman health resorts
of thermal waters which offer you the utmost facilities for you
to relax, as well by its hand-made chestnut baskets.

It is a 3-storey, stone-wooden house which stands in the old part
of the town next to vast tree-covered areas and vegetable gardens.
As a small stream of clear waters flows next to the building you
have to cross a bridge made of an ancient granite flagstone to get
to the house.
