The rural house El Pinet is a country house from the beginning
of the XVIII century, with more than 600 hectares, which embrace
hills, cultivation fields and olive trees.
The accommodation is 1,5 kmts from the nearest town, Alfafara,
which guarantees the quietness of the place.

| The farm is surrounded by five hectares of pinewoods and centenary
trees. |
| The country house has been entirely restored: On
the one hand, the caretaker´s house with three
bedrooms for 2 persons each and a triple one, all of
them with bathroom and central heating. It also has a sitting-room
with fireplace, a dining-lounge and in case of complete rent,
a kitchen and an inner courtyard.
The original strucrure of the building, the over 200 years-old
backed clay floor and the old firewood oven have been maintained.

The apartment consists of three
bedrooms for 2 persons each, a small kitchen, a sitting-room
with firewood chimney, central heating and an outside terrace.
This part of the farm was the coachman's house. The sitting-room
was the coach house, where the horse coach was kept, and the present
kitchen maintains the same bench as the coachman's.

| Total capacity of both lodgings: 15 places. There is also an outside
barbecue and a swimming-pool. |

In El Pinet you can find a country mill with an antiquity of over
800 years-old (the exact date is unknown).
It's believed to date from the Moorish Age, and is carved in the
rock, inside a cave.

Activities: Horse-riding 6 kmts far from the farm and trekking.
Activities previously agreed: balloon flights, bungee jumping etc.
