The finca consists of a Roman villa which was restored in
2004, located 2 kmts from the town of Arbucies (Gerona), next
to the Montseny Natural Park. The house, ideal for wedding or event celebrations, is surrounded
by woods, meadows and mountains, looking over the Monsoliu Castle,
a symbol from the Middle Ages.

The house can be rented for accommodation in case you want to celebrate on the finca for example a wedding, corporate event or an incentive trip.
Exterior land can be rented for organized activities such as quads or other sportive events. Price to be agreed on.
The house dates back to the Roman Empire (s. IX B.C) but the oldest documented part is from 917 B.C. The last important modification was done in the 1800's and it is in the restored part where the traditional structure of the antic Catalan villas has been kept up together with the utmost facilities.
The complex is formed by a house on the back part of the property where the housekeepers live. They are in charge of the security, maintenance and optional services. A second house from the Xth. century and the one for holiday accommodation: A three-storey building of 600 m2 with capacity to sleep16-18 people which disposes of: |

The facilities of the home

- Garden of one hectare that joins with the fields and woods of
the property, and also surrounds the house. There's a swimming
pool and a small and antic stone building used
as barbeque.
- You can find there as well an organic vegetable garden and a
field used for horse resting of approximately one hectare.

The villa has a private landscape of 260 hectares of woods and fields through
which the small river Riera de Riudecos as well as some springs
run - Well-trained pets allowed - Possibility of renting two extra
double rooms and living-room (not reformed) - Optional
services: Daily cleaning, traditional Catalan cooking,
booking of tourist activities, horse keeping and hiking guide.
