The property is composed of several houses and apartments for self catering vacation rental, located 1 km from the village Riudaura, just off the limits of the Natural Park of the Volcanic Area with more than two hundred volcanoes.

We are located 9 km West from Olot, the capital of the district of La Garrotxa, within a small island of peace and vegetation, surrounded by little streams, fields and woods.

At the end of a narrow valley with no main roads or traffic noise, we find a magnificent landscape with a variety of trees (beeches, oaks, aspens, maple trees…) which change their colour according to the season. It is ideal for walks in the surroundings and to the volcanic area. The area is also well known for hunting and mushroom collection.

The accommodation with its heated swimming pool all year round, the playing ground and the gardens with barbecues, is the perfect place for peaceful holidays for couples or families with children.

We can offer you the following accommodation with a capacity between 2 and 15 people for vacation rental:

• The old Watermill, an old flour mill with a restored dwelling.
• The Eco-House, a modern building from the 80s, designed to make use of passive solar energy. Attached to the house there is a greenhouse that shelters a swimming pool (heated in Winter).
• La Rovirota, an old cottage restored and divided into 2 apartments with independent entrances.
• The Hut, a small restored dwelling.

Facilities: All houses dispose of central heating, sanitary warm water, washing machine, dish washer, electric oven, satellite TV, fireplace, fridge, gas cooker, one or two bedrooms and bathroom.

The mill basin, the swimming pool, the stream, the playground, the reception room, the barbeques, fields and woods ( 50 hectares ) are spaces shared by all guests.

Riudaura lies within a picturesque valley, 650 m. high and located in the low-Pyrenees. It is a lively little town with a restaurant.
