The views to El Valle del Tietar and the reservoir Rosarito, as well as the closeness to the Regional Park of Gredos, turn this rural house, 15 km from Candeleda (Avila), into a priviledged setting, supported by the great amount of small streams which flow along its surroundings, the typical local paths of the area suitable for hiking and the possibility of practising different rural activities.

The accommodation is a ground floor house with outside walls made of stone and wood and a roof with mixed tiles. The ample and comfortable interior disposes of a common lounge with 6 m high ceilings, a fireplace, living area and dining room. The lounge disposes of TV, DVD and HiFi. The second lounge with games is for adults use only.

The rural house offers a comfortable stay and rest for its guests, with rates that include breakfast and daily room cleaning. In case wished, lunch or dinner can be prepared for the house guests (outside food or drinks are not allowed and the kitchen is not for commun use).

The house consists of five double bedrooms with bathroom.

We offer three bedrooms with bathroom and two with their bathrooms suitable for those in wheelchair. The architectural obstacles have been completely removed to guarantee our guests, whatever their physical conditions might be, the highest rest with the slightest effort.

Different activities can be practised here, such as horse riding routes, hiking, visiting archaeological remains, climbing, hang-glider, 4-wheel-drive etc.

El Raso (at 600 mts.) is the nearest urban settlement to the property.
