The 3 detached wooden houses for rent are located near the village Llocnou d'en Fenollet and 5 km from Xativa, south of Valencia (Spain).

Each lodge has its own area of pine wood and with views over orange groves towards the monumental town of Xativa. Just sit back and relax or visit local towns and villages, an opportunity to find the real Spain.

Each of the houses is furnished in a contemporary style, has a capacity for maximum 6 people and disposes of:

• Pool towels

The equipment includes clothes dryer, cooker, microwave, fridge and washing machine. All bed linen and towels are included along with a weekly maid service.

We, the owners, are on site and in the summer can arrange barbeques and also catered meals.After 3 years we are still discovering idyllic villages and restaurants and can always give advice.

Xativa the monumental town is 5 km away, with its historic castle and old town with medieval cobbled streets and markets. We have an historic guide available for tours to make the towns past come alive. There is great shopping and restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. There are good walking and hiking paths and guided walks are available. The local, blue flag beaches are 40 minutes away and usually not crowded even in high season. We are near several areas with rock pools with cold water even in the heat of summer. A car is essential for this holiday.

Our houses for holiday rental are in la Costera region of Valencia and within an easy train or car journey from Valencia city. Valencia has many attractions, a rich history and the new science and arts city including one of the largest aquariums in Europe. This year 2007, the America´s Cup is taking place with many races.
