Vacational rent of 2 apartments.
Our cortijo is not the typical complex of apartments, but an Andalusian
finca of around 70.000 m2. Located 300 m. from the wonderful Fontanilla
beach (Costa de la Luz), and close to other nice ones,
ideal for children, where you can practise angling and underwater
fishing. |
| Each accommodation has a capacity
for 4 persons. The finca is mainly formed by a big forest of gum,
pines, cypress and palm trees. |
| There is a large garden around the apartments with lawn areas and
a big quantity of trees and plants, more than 5.000 rosebushes and
a swimming pool with an area for children. |
| The cortijo is located around 1 km from Conil (it takes less than
10 minutes on foot). Conil is an old Phoenician town (even older than
Cadiz, which is reputed to be the oldest city in Europe) with about
16.000 inhabitants, being fishermen and farmers most of them. |

| NIDO MOSCATEL (see upper photo
as well) is a one storey apartment decorated with ancient furniture
which was renovated in its entirety in June, 1998. It consists of: |

| BOTICA: It is the newest apartment
of the finca. It was built in 1998. It is a ground floor house decorated

| Surroundings: From Conil
you can undertake several excursions to different places such as:
Cadiz at 45 kmts. · Jerez de la Frontera at 55 kmts. (birthplace
of the famous jerez wines and the School of Equestrian Art, essential
visit. Tickets can be provided by us) · El Puerto de Santa Maria
(45 kmts.) · Arcos de la Frontera and the route of "the Andalusian
White Towns" · Tarifa, the most southern city of Europe · Gibraltar
(passport compulsory) · Ronda.
You can also watch the typical Spanish bull-fightings in the bullrings
of El Puerto de Santa Maria, Jerez de la Frontera and Sanlucar de
Barrameda. |
| Activities. The sports you can
practise here are: Windsurf · Snorkeling · Tennis · Horse-riding ·
Golf. There is a golf-course designed by Severiano Ballesteros, the
worldwide known Spanish golfer, in Chiclana, 20 kmts far from el cortijo.
