The antique house (approx. 60 sqmts.) holds one double bedroom, bathroom/toilet with shower, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dining room under a glassed roof, sitting room and balcony with seaview, sofa bed for third person in the sitting room, satelite colour TV, radio-cassette and rental safe.

The house includes a flower garden with fruit trees of 100 sqmts. with seaview and garden furniture. The price includes weekly cleaning and change of linen.
